MRS. RASHMI VARMA
ENTREPRENEUR & CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
A very ambitious woman in technology, Mrs. Varma is a highly motivated professional with broad experience in Data Analytics, Telecom, Application Software, and Embedded and Education Technologies internationally and within the US.
She got her Bachelors of Engineering degree from the DDIT Engineering College, before getting her masters in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at North Carolina University.

She has used her gifts and knowledge of technology to prove her leadership through managing and help leading multiple global projects in applying innovative solutions for efficient collaboration and team work, as well founding multiple non-profit start-ups such as iCode Inc. and DreamBig Tech Inc. She is currently positioned as the founder and CTO of Innovate5G, aiming to build next gen platforms in the 5G space.

Mrs. Varma is happily married and has two children as well. Being a mom, she understands the importance of being a role model and strives to drive positive change with commitment and dedication. During her free time, she enjoys reading lots of books and spending time with her family.
